Cortez Clothing Company was born on the weathered docks of Florida’s last working fishing village. What started as a passion for preserving the stories and soul of Old Florida turned into a full-fledged clothing brand — printed by hand, one shirt at a time, right here in the sun-faded salt air of Cortez.
Our designs are sketched from life, burned onto screens under the same sun that bakes our skin, then hand-pulled with water-based inks — no machines, no shortcuts, just the kind of work that smells like ocean spray and boat fuel.
This isn’t fast fashion. It’s slow, sun-washed, and soaked in story. From cast nets to crab traps, Cortez isn’t just our backdrop — it’s our bloodline.
